For those who require real-time inexpensive on-site analysis for HACCP allergen screening, our 5 minute LFD “dip stick” testing kits are ideal, with sensitivities down to 1ppm for most analytes including raw ingredients, swabs, CIP and finished products. These tests can save your company thousands of dollars per year both in time and laboratory expenses. Most assays have been pre-validated for hundreds of matrices including some of the most difficult applications for finished product. Validation for your specific matrices as they apply to these technologies is also available. The same sample prep can be used for most analysis (cow’s milk, soy, almond, egg, etc.) so there is no need for multiple time consuming preps for different tests. Overall costs are pennies to the dollar compared to ELISA.

Our ELISA test kits utilize the same antibodies with the same sensitivity as the LFD’s and will provide you with Quantitative results. For Laboratories that require the highest standards in reproducible and repeatable methodologies our test kits will meet your every need. Most other test kits utilize antibodies that have been developed to detect purified native proteins, but when these proteins are processed in foods they are often denatured or altered rendering them undetectable by these tests, yet the proteins remain allergenic. With antibodies specifically developed to detect food allergen proteins in native form as well as real processed matrices, our tests are the most reliable on the market. . These assays were designed for high through put analysis, so one tech can run several samples on five separate assays in less than 2hrs. With costs about half that of other tests kits, analysis time at less than 60minutes, and a single prep applicable for all analytes (milk, soy, peanut, egg, etc.), your techs bench time will be cut in half increasing your productivity accordingly.
